Common Questions
FAQ
Do I need to be a pro athlete to train at Gladiator?
No. We work with pro, elite, junior, amateur, and adult athletes. Our Strong and Fit program is built specifically for adults and recreational athletes — no tryouts, no prerequisites, just show up and put in the work.
What's the off-season schedule?
The hockey off-season runs May through September 2026. Sessions are offered mornings and afternoons across the week to fit around school and work schedules. We run in 6- to 10-week blocks, plus multi-session packs for athletes who want a more flexible cadence.
Do you offer team training?
Yes. Our Team Dryland Conditioning program is designed for minor and junior teams. We coordinate directly with your coaching staff to build sport-specific sessions and can run them at our facility or at your location.
How do I get started?
Fill out the form on this page or give us a call at 613-695-1809. We will talk through your goals, recommend the right program, and get you on the schedule. Most athletes are training within a week of their first contact.
What should I bring to my first session?
Athletic clothing, indoor training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. We have change rooms and showers on site. Everything else — straps, belts, mobility tools — is provided.
Do you offer personal or semi-private training?
Yes. Personal training and small-group (2–4 athletes) sessions are available on request. Pricing depends on coach and frequency — reach out and we will send you the current rates.
