Off-Season Strength & Conditioning

Complete 2026 off-season registration — 1-Year Unlimited Membership, Elite Development Program, Junior/College/Pro, Spring Tryouts and flexible multi-session packs. Our flagship program for hockey players is designed, programmed, and coached by trainers with pro-level experience. Each athlete gets an individualized plan within a high-energy group environment.

Strong and Fit Training

General strength training for adults and amateur athletes who want to look, feel, and perform at their best. Sessions cover the fundamentals — compound lifts, accessory work, mobility, and conditioning — scaled to your level. Drop in any time; no contracts, no long-term commitment required.

Team Dryland Conditioning

Our Team Dryland Conditioning program brings professional-level training to your entire team. We work directly with coaches to build sport-specific sessions covering strength, speed, agility, and conditioning — delivered on your schedule, either at our facility or yours. Trusted by minor and junior teams across the Ottawa region.
